Howard Grossman
Howard K. Grossman is a dynamic, visionary producer recognized for achievements across film, television, animation, and live events. He has built an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects, from groundbreaking feature films to acclaimed TV series, and now leads Ambrose Productions Inc., a next-generation company redefining the industry through innovative content and strategic distribution.
In film and television, Grossman’s expertise in storytelling, financing, and packaging is reflected in celebrated independent productions. He has also produced PBS animated series and collaborated with legendary figures such as Sir Richard Attenborough, John Briley, Coretta Scott King, and Orson Welles.
Grossman’s influence extends to music and live events, producing record-breaking concerts on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., with audiences exceeding 500,000, as well as innovative projects like Stage Side TV for Coca-Cola and HBO Cinemax’s Album Flash, providing behind-the-scenes access to top Billboard artists.
With a proven track record of creative and commercial success, Grossman continues to drive the entertainment industry forward with a slate of innovative new projects, standing as a global leader and innovative force in modern entertainment.

Janet Yang
Janet Yang is an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning Hollywood producer, and former President of the Motion Picture Academy of Arts and Sciences, a keynote speaker, and a trailblazer and advocate for the AAPI community. She came to prominence through her collaboration with Steven Spielberg on Empire of the Sun, followed by partnerships with Oliver Stone and Lisa Henson. Her extensive Film and TV credits include The Joy Luck Club, The People vs. Larry Flynt, Shanghai Calling and High Crimes.
She currently leads Janet Yang Productions, which is developing projects with diverse themes. Her most recent credit is the Academy Award-nominated animated feature, Over the Moon.

Robert Harris
Robert Harris is a legendary entertainment executive with a career spanning over three decades, including 13 years as President of Universal Television Worldwide. During his tenure, he greenlit iconic TV shows such as Miami Vice, Murder, She Wrote, Magnum P.I., The Incredible Hulk, and many others, shaping the landscape of modern television, film, and streaming.
Harris also served as President of Imagine Entertainment, collaborating with Ron Howard and Brian Grazer on acclaimed films and TV projects including Parenthood, Kindergarten Cop, Backdraft, The Dream Team, Cry-Baby, and Problem Child.
His forward-thinking approach extended into digital media, where at AOL he led the company’s transformation into broadband and digital content.
Recent productions include the U.S. release of the Chinese live-action film The Monkey King: Havoc in Heaven’s Palace, in partnership with Global Star Productions. The film broke box office records in China and was licensed to Netflix in the U.S.

Janice Leverett
Janice Leverett is a senior entertainment and intellectual property attorney, where she champions trailblazing clients in film, music, fashion, and technology. With a blend of business savvy and creative insight, she helps artists, innovators, and brands protect their ideas, grow their ventures, and turn intellectual property into lasting legacies.
Janice worked for industry leaders in banking and insurance, oil and gas, and healthcare—gaining invaluable corporate experience that she now channels into the fast-paced world of entertainment. Her entertainment journey runs deep: she worked as a music manager (placed with Rhianna, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, etc.); is an award-winning screenwriter (Austin Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, ScreenCraft, Final Draft Big Break, and landed on CoverFly’s Top 1% Red List); and is a film and documentary producer with works showcased at the Cannes Film Festival, Raw Science Film Festival, and other festivals nationwide.
She holds a joint J.D. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from St. Mary’s University, and is also licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is also the sole named inventor on two U.S. patents (8,504,432 and 8,150,024) covering financial technology systems.

Carl Lumbard
Carl Lumbard is a highly accomplished and globally connected professional with over 30 years of experience in licensing, media, and consumer goods. His strategic vision, commercial expertise, and industry relationships make him a pivotal leader in driving Ambrose Productions’ licensing and merchandising initiatives.
Carl began his career after earning a degree in Modern Languages (French and German) from the University of Bathin 1987. He has held influential roles at BBC, Warner Bros. (Hong Kong), 20th Century Fox, Fremantle, and Sony (Columbia Pictures).
He has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing and developing world-renowned intellectual properties, particularly in children’s entertainment.
Carl excels in new business development and creating sustainable growth for IPs, consistently delivering innovative strategies that maximize brand potential, global reach, and long-term profitability.
As Head of Licensing, Branding, and Merchandising, Carl brings extensive experience, industry insight, and forward-thinking leadership to shape Ambrose Productions’ global footprint and establish its properties as household names.

Aaron Mendelsohn
Aaron Mendelsohn is a veteran screenwriter, producer, and director with over 30 years of experience across film, television, and digital platforms. Ten of his projects have been produced and released worldwide, establishing him as both a master storyteller and a respected voice in the professional writing community.
He is best known as co-creator and co-writer of Disney’s Air Bud, which launched a highly profitable live-action franchise with 13 sequels and a reboot, generating over $1 billion in franchise revenue. His romantic comedy The 12 Dates of Christmas has become a perennial holiday favorite and is featured on multiple “Best Christmas Rom-Com” lists.
Beyond Disney, Mendelsohn wrote and directed the independent feature Chapter Zero (streaming on Tubi) and created the digital series Secret Diary of an American Cheerleader, which drew millions of YouTube viewers.
He also founded Virtual Artists, a pioneering digital studio launched during the 2008 Writers Strike, uniting award-winning writers to produce original content for brands, agencies, and streaming platforms.
Through Mendelsohn Creative Advisory, he advises both established and emerging writers to refine scripts for production. He has served five terms on the Board of Directors of the Writers Guild of America West, including two as Secretary-Treasurer, helping guide the Guild through the rise of streaming media.

CarNeal Zamil
Neal Zamil is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 35 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has held leadership roles at both major multinational companies and entrepreneurial startups, driving strategic planning, financial management, operational efficiency, and investor relations across diverse entertainment platforms.
Neal began his career in 1986 at Capitol Records, developing his financial expertise within the Capitol-EMI Music Group in Los Angeles. In 1993, he moved to EMI in New York, expanding his skills in corporate finance and strategic operations. From 1997 to 2001, he served as VP of Finance at Elektra Entertainment Group (Warner Music Group), overseeing finance and operations during a period of significant growth.
In 2002, Neal launched a consulting practice, advising multimedia and entertainment companies—including emerging media platforms, publishing houses, distribution channels, and marketing firms—on financial performance and operational strategy.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin. Neal’s deep understanding of the entertainment industry, combined with his financial and operational expertise, makes him a key strategic asset to Ambrose Productions.

Adam Rumanek

Since selling his first Internet company in the year 2000, Adam has created industry-lauded programs and companies in web, content, big data and next-generation technology. For over a decade, Adam has collaborated globally with corporations, governments, and NGOs, helping enable them to maximize the business potential of digital media platforms. In 2012, the eruption of YouTube – and the exponential population explosion of YouTubers – alerted Adam to the need for a Multi Channel Network (MCN) to help manage, monetize and protect users content from theft. His solution, and his next start-up venture, he named Aux Mode. Aux Mode is a digital rights management company specializing in film & TV content monetization, content protection, revenue reporting, insights, audits & on streaming platforms. Adam is responsible for monetizing and managing such Youtube hits as Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol and CC Melon all with billions of daily views.

Antran Manoogian
Antran Manoogian is an animation producer with a career spanning over thirty-five years in the animation industry. Manoogian’s animation experience includes work at Bagdasarian Productions, DIC Entertainment, Walt Disney Television Animation, and Moonbug Entertainment.
Manoogian’s credits include: The Chipmunks Rockin’ through the Decades, Sonic the Hedgehog, Inspector Gadget Save Christmas, Captain Planet, Great Minds Think 4 Themselves, Find Out Why, Toy Story Treats, In the Bleachers, Winnie the Pooh: Very Merry Pooh Year, Biker Mice from Mars, Click and Clack As the Wrench Turns and Corn and Peg.
As Supervising Producer of Animation, Manoogian will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all aspects of animation development and production at Ambrose Productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and the securing production tax incentives.
Manoogian is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, and the International Animated Film Society, ASIFA-Hollywood.

Ron Dempsey
A 30+ year production veteran, Ron Dempsey brings a rare blend of creative empathy and ironclad execution to Ambrose’s live-action slate. Ron jumpstarted his career in the Directors Guild of America Assistant Director Trainee Program, learning his craft on culturally defining titles—Hocus Pocus, Melrose Place, multiple Star Trek productions—and went on to help deliver acclaimed series and features including NYPD Blue, Seinfeld, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Lucifer, Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings, A Walk in the Clouds, My Fellow Americans, Saving Shiloh, Unknown, Interview With the Assassin, and Gigi & Nate.
Ron’s superpower is orchestrating complex, multi-department workflows—aligning script, schedule, and resources to keep ambitious shoots on time and on budget. He’s known industry-wide as a steady hand under pressure, a builder of high-performance, inclusive crews, and a partner who protects both creative intent and the bottom line across features, television, and digital originals.
Beyond the set, Ron has served the community as Co-Chair Emeritus of the DGA’s Asian American Committee for over 20 years and on CAPE’s Executive Board, underscoring the leadership, diplomacy, and network he brings to every production.

For over two decades, David J. Scott has led award-winning marketing and creative organizations that specialize in building brands, shaping audience perception, and driving engagement through storytelling. As founder and CEO of Boxing Clever, he built a nationally recognized agency producing integrated campaigns for global entertainment and lifestyle brands, spanning digital content, experiential activations, packaging, and performance-driven marketing. His work with top-tier clients such as Bacardi, Brown-Forman, Adobe, Disney, and Hard Truth focused on connecting culture, creativity, and commerce — developing narrative-driven brand identities and cross-platform campaigns that grew audiences and revenue alike. Scott has also spearheaded national brand and consumer engagement strategies blending product storytelling, influencer partnerships, and experiential marketing — the same principles driving successful entertainment properties today. His background at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and culture provides a foundation for building brands and audience ecosystems that turn engagement into sustained value.

Charles has over forty years of experience in international banking starting with HSBC in London in 1971 and other senior positions in New York, Hong Kong, Chile, Jersey and Switzerland. His focus on private banking started in 1985 as a founding member of HSBC’s nascent private bank in Hong Kong. He was appointed CEO of HSBC Private Banking in Hong Kong in 1990, CEO of HSBC Private Bank (CI) Ltd and HSBC Trustee (CI) Ltd in Jersey in 1993. He became CEO of HSBC Private Bank/British Bank of the Middle East in Geneva in 1995. He joined Switzerland’s Banque Piguet & Cie SA as CEO in 2003. He was appointed CEO of India’s Hinduja Group’s banking arm, Hinduja Bank (Switzerland) Ltd, in 2011.
